The Journey

Do you keep a journal? I do. I have several, actually, including one that is always in my bag and serves as a catch-all. Another stays in the studio and is where I work out new and experimental techniques for my paintings. Another contains more intensive inner visual work (the things that I need to create, but don't really want to hang on the wall). Others hold wine labels, book notes, house and garden ideas. I haven't been a journaler for a terribly long time - a few years now - but it has made a huge impact on my life. Now I want everyone to get into it!
